I absolutely adore the expressions and the colors. Zim's rather attractive here incognito, but I can almost here Dib saying,

The line-up is pretty standard I think (meaning it suits it's purpose), it's got the look of a professional group picture I think.
But then again, doing it that way doesn't make much room for fancy compositions and the like.
What catches my attention with your works (especially in this one) is how the hair looks so heavy, hard and thick. I think metal when I see Gaz and Tak's hair, (probably cause the colour makes it look even deeper and adds more volume)
But I like it! I wish I had metallic hair like you draw...
Their outfits look very stiff and straight, so does their stances to a certain degree (whereas Zim is the most strict-looking of the lot here)
And I just gotta say Gaz looks eXtremely cute in that skirt! XD Way to go!
Good contrasts in their outfits, though I feel like the black ones need a little more white in them to be equivalent of the white ones. But that might also be cause black is heavier that white
Just my oppinion anyway.
oh, and well, Zim could definately be mistaken for a vampire! o.o
