I've been watching 's RooCam stream, and he sometimes shows videos on a system of his that uses a desktop wallpaper image of Princess Celestia... and until recently had a noticeable buzzy humming sound. Recently, when the image of Celestia and the buzzing noise popped up simultaneously I joked about her being "Buzzlestia", and it inspired this cartoon.
