Because they're really good and I highly recommend it?
I do not recommend Maplestory because its a huge time sink. But otherwise most of these games and animes are very good.
I also cross Wakfu off the list as its currently terribly broken. To save yourself the trouble you could also watch DBZ kai instead of DBZ, which is a shortened remake, and FMA Brotherhood instead of FMA, because Brotherhood was vastly superior.
