Description
Due to the pulling of Fantastic Four Comic lines within the Marvel Comic continuity, I have decided to create several re-designs for the characters as well as re-vamping their back story as a ploy to draw interest back to the Marvel's First Family, The FF intrigue me as they are the only humans within Marvel that I know of who have abilities, this is an element I would want to keep in place as it would be intriguing to explore why this is. I would however like to change how they each got their abilities (originally a cosmic storm) to maybe, a strange object appears into earth's orbit, they are selected as they crew who goes up in the shuttle to investigate each of them being trained astronauts thus creating a reason for each of them to be there. the object reacts to their presence and radiates them in an unknown energy thus giving them their abilities.

In terms of style for the project I will be using a Disney-esk look whilst adding my own flare and traits to each character.

With Johnny Storm, his character would be largely unchanged, he will be cocky, head strong, rash and arrogant, he is the fun loving one of the team and has a friendly rivalry with Ben Grimm, he is the complete opposite of Sue who prefers solitude and the comfort of knowledge. in regards to his abilities I would change them slightly to allow him to burn things at will which would mean any clothes he is wearing would be un-effected despite being ablaze, this would stretch to objects he is holding aswell and even being able to ignite things from a distance that fire would normally be associated with such as wood, paper or candles. his abilities would also stretch to temperature and heat, being able to suck the heat out of a room or add to it as well as super heating rock and metal to create magma and molten metal. in regards to his name "Human Torch" I find to be a little immature not unlike the character in question however in this day in age, if a person must choose a hero name he would pick something a bit cooler considering his suave and charismatic nature.
