Recently every police officer received a shrink ray to deal with violent people. But the formation to learn how to use them isn't mandatory. That's how officer Mike accidentally shrunk himself while watching over the beach.
When Gabe saw the tiny cop he first thought it was a toy and wanted to bury him as he is in the ACAB movement. But then the tiny cop yelled for help and Gabe understood what happened, he knew giving shrink ray to cops was a bad idea but at least he could have some fun.
Mike asked Gabe for help, he agreed but only if Mike helped him first. Mike accepted without asking what he would do which was a mistake as Gabe wants to use him to wipe away his sweat.
Gabe chuckles and starts rubbing the tiny cop all over his sweaty body while teasing him. Mike feels really humiliated, he's covered in the disgusting sweat of another man and he's being mocked and the worth things is that he can do nothing against him because if his superiors learn that he accidentally shrink himself he might get fire, so he just close his eyes and waits that until Gabe is done using him as a rag.
