At long last this is Lilian Hatori's mother.
Why the large reference and why is it only 'part one?'
Lilian here is one of my main characters to my Beyblade fan fic,
along with who some of you already know Vin, Hatori, Mathew and the Doctor (aka Hatori's father.)
My fan fic actually show Lilian past, present and future so you will learn of Lilian whole life and more.
Lilian was my first OC I created way back when the first Beyblade series was made (2001/2),
I have many doodle books of this lil' madam over the years,
but as you can somewhat tell she isn't the most creative when it comes to design.
Unfortunately I cannot give you a detailed profile of Lilian in theses stages as it may slip up spoilers.
But I hope that the text I put on there will create a basic understanding for now,
even if it's a speculation of interpretation.

Ooh you can definitely see the resemblance between her and Hatori, and she was so cute at age 11 (I don't why I love her at that age so much)~
