nobody recognizes where this shot was taken?
Im gonna step out on a limb here, but I cant shake the idea that this was shot at disneyland! From the island side during one of their riverfront fireworks spectaculars. Or even off the riverboat itself, second deck. Am I right?
Its either disneyland or somewhere else disturbingly similar- those lighst off the upper right are throwing me off though. Totally looks like an event at teh disneyland riverfront. Im probably wrong.... -crash

What was the smoke from or was it just fog?
It looks kind of thick, but open. It's on your side, amplifying what you want and keeping back the rest. It moves for you.
And it pushes you on your way, like those boaters have no doubt found out.
So I kind of hope it's natural fog, and not nasty smoke.

Very impressive. I don't think there was an idea behind it, wich is still good though. I like the slight tones of yellow and brown in the lightning and in the sky.
All the people staring at what could have been some kind of explosion is also very nice.... It gives an impression of calm and silence before the fateful moment. Haha, well at least that's what I'm seeing.
