The maintenance and backstage crew to The Washouts. Some are pegasi refugees themselves.

Hollow Veil manages the group and takes their duties very seriously. There are no fun and games with her on deck.

The Washouts are the same entertaining, death defying crew they’ve always been. On the outside.

Led by Lightning Dust, the hidden purpose of the Washouts is to shelter and hide any pegasus who has failed or is doomed to fail their flying test, and keep them hidden from Equestria law for as long as they wish to stay.

Full body costumes and constant traveling help secure the safety of all pegasi seeking refuge within the troupe. Not all pegasi here have failed their flying test, some just support the cause.
