My first tutorial - made for friend.`1 = Light sketch.
`2 = We are giving more details. With pencil 2 h - adding slight shadows around the eye.
`3 = Adding more visible shades on the upper and bottom eyelid. 2h,4b,6b,7b
`4 = Filling the eye up with the darkest layer: 9b By the way - finishing shading the upper eyelid.
`5 = Getting down to details in the eye. Base layer: 2 h, next 4 b and 7 b.
`6 = Time for eyelashes. 9b
`7 = Finishing the lower part of the eye + eyelashes.
`8 = We can add a few lighting effects with the white acrylic.

Wow thanks I only found one way to draw realistic eyes in youtube , but now I have two !!!

haha okay, i just asked you how to get the black and white so awsome.. (i commented on a other deviation) but know i found out myself thankyou! now my drawings will we so much better

i just did this with a normal pencil and some white out instead of acrylic. would a white colored pencil or crayon work just as well?

Hmmm ... Let me think ... - normal pencils in my opinion will be too light to cover the black tones of pencil ... But to be honest I have never try like this, so my opinion wouldn't be so great

wow thanks, I hav to try this now coz i'm really rubbish at eyes,hehe, but thanks to this i'll probably get better at drawing them.

AMAZING EYE - I WAS THINKING ABOUT USING WHITE ACRYLIC AS WELL; WHAT DID YOU USE TO APPLY IT TO THE DRAWING?

eyes is my favourite part of a pic, 'coz I think the eyes reflects mostly about the messages/emotion the author wants to show us...
