This art was made using Stable Diffusion AI locally. Then inpainted / outpainted / upscaled and then continued inpainting through a Stable Diffusion plugin directly in Photoshop. Hand painted many areas.
Inpainting is drawing a mask over parts of an image and running the AI to change that area (ex. changing the face)
