When I look at this I imagine Apple Bloom telling Scoots a story about her flipping a table in angerSo I originally intended to only vector Scootaloo for practice in Inkscape but I gave up on inkscape after an hour. Then today I couldn't sleep and I haven't done a vector of Scoots so I just decided to start vectoring her. Then I decided to vector Apple Bloom as well, then I decided to vector a background and that's how Equestria was made
Reference is from Hearts and Hooves day I think, I can't remember
The reference was really bad quality. Like it goes 360p, 240p, potato, my reference. So I had to interpret a lot of things

I've seen it already. I thought it looked too good not to be a trace, no offence.
If you don't try and draw it by yourself then you'll never learn. It's frustrating I know, but the more mistakes you make the more you'll learn

Actually I have learned some things from tracing this drawing really, I've learned a bit more about the curves the eyes etc.
I'm only doing a trace to get an Idea for how to draw the real thing when I get around to it.
I still plan to draw the thing legit
