It seems DeviantART has added an Anime catagory of which I just noticed.Anyway, I randomly drew this, because I'm sick and I have nothing better to do. I like it, because I made up the eyes myself. Personally, I think it's pretty. It looks like her hair is blowing in the wind, hence the name. Hope you like^^
