Sharpened Image, added contrast, changed facial structure slightly. Wow, the old one was sloppy... dunno how it got so many faves, as blurred and poopy as it was. haha. Hope you guys like this new version.

I won't deny it - I'm a bit obsessed with Death Note right now. You should probably expect to see more DN fanart from me in the near future.

I planned on fully CG'ing this but I kind of like the way it turned out. Hope you guys like it - this is one of my favorite scenes in the series, from the epic Episode 25 - "Silence". I love L's playful expression here, when he pretends not to hear Light, in order to lure him out into the rain with him. This is one of L's last scenes, and definitely a touching one.

Obviously, I did not create Death Note, L, or this scene [i wish] - just wanted to try out something new and loved this image too much to resist recreating it.

This is also my entry for ^PurpelBlur 's Imagination Expand Challenge: Round II .!
The starter line is located in the crease of L's hand. The line has been flipped and rotated.
