2027 and Georgia decided to give Abkhazia and South Ossetia Independence and also Adjara. But in 2036 Adjara government was falling including it's economy so they had a choice to join Georgia back again or join Turkey. A vote was made if Adjara should join back Georgia or join Turkey and the vote with Turkey won by 67%. This does not make Georgia happy but they can't do anything about it because Adjara is now part of Turkey and they have a weak army
