Powerpuff LeGrandzilla was created by Professor Utonium in an attempt "to create the perfect little boy" using a mixture of "Snakes, snails and puppy dog tails". However, he accidentally spilled a mysterious substance called "Regenerator G-1" into the mixture, creating, instead of one "perfect little boy", an awesomely cute kaiju artist (having super powers including flight, irresistible puppy eyes, cutability, niceness, stompabilityness, hiccup induction, hiccup removal, blush induction, drawing, painting and model building.) Regenerator G-1, referenced in the movie Godzilla 2000, is also known as the chemical, “Kickbuttonium”.

Possessing all of the personality ingredients of snakes, snails, and puppy dog tails, Powerpuff LeGrandzilla is both a formidable opponent and a helpful ally.
