2/19 Region: Orbaria In this region there are 19 gyms. They are the most powerful gyms of thier type, and they are known for being the very best. It is said that if you lose to the gyms here however you have to wear a ballhood and straight jacket of the type that you lost to and be the trainer in the gym that fights the challanger before the gym leaders. The more times you try to challenge the leaders and lose against them, the longer and longer your punishment will be, so bring your level 20s here, for you will lose over and over again.
If you lose your Pokémon will be cared for. So do not worry.
Roxanne is a Rock-type leader from the hoenn region, having dealt with Team Magma and helping defeat Groudon and Kyogre during their clash. She felt that, with her brains and her knowledge of rock types and her partner Cradily, she was ready to challenge the region's best Rock-type leader and claim that spot for herself. Unfortunately knowledge is not the only thing you need in order to be the best at the type. You need experince as well. So she was quickly defeated and put out as a minion for the rock type gym and serving her sentence for the time being
