He is much like Rainbow Dash; very boastful and he has an extreme need for speed. But just because he brags doesn't mean he can do everything, because in the face of danger he is a Scootaloo. (HA! Get that pun?) His cutie mark is a white lightning bolt with alligator clips clamped on it. He has a biiiig crush on Pink Lady.

Pink Lady

She is very mischevious and loves getting into things, but ends up getting end trouble. Her older brother, Jazz Apple, tries to prevent trouble but he ends up getting stuck in the middle of things. She shows off in front of Voltage because of her big crush on him, and tries to act independent and troublesome in front of him. Her cutie mark is a pink heart with an apple stem.
