Description
From Dungeness National Wildlife Refuge, looking up to Olympic National Park while walking on Dungeness Spit shoreline with wild drifted logs and rocks. I cropped, reduced light, added color, tilted, and sharpened this photo piece from the original using the basic Windows photo adjustments. The original is much wider and taller, with more sky, logs, and rocks, but it was about 2 degrees off of level, which I am working on as a photographer (gently squeeze the shutter instead of pressing so hard?) I composed it using the concept of thirds on the horizontal, as well as using the armature of the rectangle for angles, and kept the 3:2 ratio of the original photo. This was on my sister Tricia's birthday, 11 May 2021.
