Description
After the breach of a virus around Racoon City, an order have been sent out to the survivors to contact the authority for further instruction and treatment. Those who fail to follow the order will be subdued by force and transport back to the facility for the safety of the residence. Four individuals have been identified to be in contact with the virus and seen have action of uncooperative, they will be transported back through armored vehicle for safety purpose, these individuals include: Ashley Graham, Claire Redfield, Jill Valentine and Ada Wong.

The target Claire and Jill have been known to be member of Special Operation Agent Group, therefore they will be transport in highly restricted restrain to prevent attacking. Reinforced restrain and phallic gag for target Jill due to highly uncooperative behavior, target is seen with agressive behavior even after restrained, further treatment is needed. Agent Ada Wong is member of the corportation but due to recent event, she has been downgraded and her contract expired. The target need to be observed 24/7, hand will always be covered in mitten or tape, additional leather harness and vision obstructed, her restrain is checked every three hours to prevent containment breach.
