An older image I thought I would post. This is actually the second version. In the first I attempted to do this in a lighter atmosphere as described in the Dark Horse novels that take place on the Alien "Homeworld". It was a challenge and I was happy with it, but when I posted it at my permanent home over on 3DCommune everyone thought it should be darker. I think they were right.The download is the same low res jpg. I can't find the CD-RW I stored this on at the moment. If anyone wants a bit crisper image let me know. I am still looking.
Ok, back to browsing the thumbnails, I really love this new format. I see so much more...

i saw the title and i instantly thought back to a book i had read. i really like this image, it's nicely constructed, and there's alot of detail in this piece. beautiful.
