I actually like the current view of the IE. But what I don't like is that you can see the favicon in so many places.When you pin a webpage you see the favicon in 4 places: in the address bar, next to the navigation buttons, in the tab and on the taskbar.
On this concept you see a combination of the tabs and the address bar.
I got the idea from Safari on OS X.
This is just a quick and dirty concept. ^^ But I hope you like it nevertheless.
