Err.. one small critique, though -- The blue, glowing figure seems a little tilted, like he's swaying to one side. Normally, this wouldn't matter a whit, since the rest of the piece is so fantastic. But the fact that he's glowing really draws the eye to this.
All in all, very minor, though. I think it's an awesome piece!!!

(Squad Member #2) "That's ridiculous! These things are protection... and besides, we look cool in 'em."
(SQ1) "And I say we take 'em all off... we're all clones right? That means we all look the same. Improvise! The element of decoy and deception is among us!"
(Gold Leader) "Will you two shut up?! I'm getting orders here."
(Squad Member #3) "Hey, what's going on?"
(SQ1) "Nothing, just waiting for Gold Leader to finish with... whatever he has to listen to. While I say we run in there and decimate the opposition, kill anything that walks, silence anything that moves!"
(GL) "IF YOU WON'T SHUT! UP! I'LL DECIMATE YOU AND SILENCE HE WHO MOVES!"
(SQ1) "Sheesh, you'd think from the same gene strand he'd have the same kind of sense of humor as us."
(SQ2) "Dude now you're just pushing it... I think Gold Leader's through..."
(GL) "Alright goons listen up, Obiwan wants us to retrieve his yoda plushie."

Mmm...poses and composition is great as always. The lighting is a bit too drab in my eyes though. Maybe choose a general tone for the whole scene? Blue, yellow, something?
