Being brave doesn't mean that you are not afraid of anything, but that you are afraid and still do it!This is a really powerful phrase in my opinion and I am sure there have been some situations in your life which you can be really proud of because you faced your fear!
When I had the first date with my husband back then I thought I would die of fear! I couldn't focus on my previous Japanese lessons at all and was sure I had to vomit any second! Thankfully I did not! xD Of course it turned out to be a lovely evening and it was totally worth it - he also told me that he felt the same way

nice spider gwen. well recently i was brave be confroting an issue i been having. i had been having fantasies about my therapist and i didn't want to tell her cause i didn't know how she would react. but i did and i felt better telling her but it was still awkward cause ,yeah i see her as a friend but she is also my mental health doctor. i just want to keep the professional relationship that we have. it took alot of bravery to to that.
