FINALLY, Tempora is explaining herself instead of yelling her head off while her magic is failing and her world is crumbling around her. Who put her in charge of time??
I still can't take a guess as to what's causing all this chaos, but maybe it has something to do with all the villains that have accumulated in one place at one time? After all, Nightmare Moon is there, and Tempora is saying that Luna was the Mane 6's "first victim". Perhaps this has to do with the Elements of Harmony, but that wouldn't make sense for Chrysalis, Sombra or Tirek since they weren't defeated using the Elements. Ah well, I'll just wait for the next page.
What the heck is going on in the background of the first panel? It looks like the tornado is...disintegrating? Maybe everyone should get out of there...
This page isn't as detailed as previous ones but it still looks awesome and I like the pink clouds in the final panels. I have mixed feelings about the constellations in Luna's mane and tail. I mean they look pretty but...I feel that they are unnecessary? It doesn't detract from the art though, so it doesn't bother me too much.
I am SO. HYPED. For the next few pages. I have been waiting for like forever to get the juicy climax of this story; you can tell you've done a good job with a story when people stick around to see what happens. Keep up the great work!

The constellations in Luna's mane and tail have a sense but it could be reveal in few pages. They're mostly symbolic.
