Description
A concept I was playing around with but might scrap for the time being. (Part 1 of 2)
Adrian's one of my favorite characters but has not really seen an ounce of support for decades, so trying to buff up his Cloudians a bit more. I also really dislike the artwork for "Eye of the Typhoon" so thought I'd try and give him a new ace and make it a Fusion Monster.
