-Oh. Oh, was I supposed to tell you guys about the... the whole fire... hand... thing? Oh. I guess so... Let's uh... Yeah let's talk about that.

Scarfire has powers.

What? Are you surprised? Why else would he have been in that adoption center with Light and Sky? Every kid in there was uh... "Unique"... We'll say... heh.
Also, Sky, Light, and Scar weren't the only kids in that place... But you'll find that out later. (Was I supposed to say that? Oh well)

Anyway, Scarfire's "powers" are different from Lightning's and Sky's. In what way? Well, you'll just have to read and find out...
But I will tell you what he can do.
He's got the power of fire.

...I mean... That was pretty obvious, right?

How's this different from Sky's powers? Well, Sky's explosive powers are not "fiery". They don't create fires. Just explosions... And yes, ash and smoke are left behind from those explosions- but not fire. Just blasting... Disintegrating. Vaporizing. Total annihilation. Whatever you wanna call it (Also, in the event that Sky's powers DO cause a fire... Which is not likely... but uh I guess it could be possible if he... idk blew up a gas station or something... Sky would not be able to control the resulting fire). Not to mention, Sky's powers go beyond just blowing things up.

Scarfire's powers are all about one element- really his powers are more similar to Coffie's than Sky's. He can create fire and control fire. He can extinguish fire at will (Well... For the most part). He can ignite parts of his body, create walls of fire, and more. However, as you may have noticed... He may not have total control over these "powers" (I'll explain more about that later...).

Scarfire is also stronger than your average housecat- however, this strength is separate from his "powers"- you'll learn more about that later. (Also, I would not consider him to have "super-strength". Compared to Lightning and Sky, he is very weak. Compared to another cat however... Or even when compared to a larger animal than himself, like a 'regular' wolf... He is very strong.)

You guys also know that Lightning thinks Scarfire is a "normal" cat. Yep, he knows nothing about Scarfire's powers. Why is this? Well. You'll learn why later. Heck, maybe you already know why. Or maybe you don't...
Sky also seemed to not know about Scarfire's powers when the two talked in Chapter 5- and THAT'S ALL YOUR GETTING OUT OF ME.

Now how does a cat hide his possibly-not-very-well-controlled "powers" from two mutant wolf brothers for so long? Well... Lightning is very gullible... And Sky was a child soooooooooooo... there you go.

Does anyone know about Scar's powers? Patience. The answers will come... Eventually... If this fever doesn't kill me first...
