There is a TWC comic done by an amazing artist named Allegator and one of them is Cassandra, who looks just like Bill. She did this comic long before the Twins went to japan and did this photo shoot.... so... in the comic Cass is standing almost the same way holding a fan like this.Made me wonder if someone looks at Allegator's work.
So this is my tribute to Cassandra.
