Description
This is my beloved companion Ben, sitting at the window enjoying the sun (yeah, I know, you can't see the window
). Isn't he just a GORGEOUS cat? Sometimes I think he is a higher being because he looks so wise, peaceful and serene. He never plays with mice, just kill them with one bite, he never scratches with his claws and he never complains. I just love him so much!

Wow! I'm drawn to this photo because he looks like my Arthur (now deceased)....only Arthur was long-haired. Arthur used to like to stare out the window also. I took a shot of him doing so also, but it's not anywhere near as good as this. Also, your Ben and my Arthur have the yellow eyes instead of the blue! Unique! He's perfectly lovely! I lost my boy at only 4.5 years of age....give your boy a hug for me, okay? I have only one photo of my Arthur posted; sadly it's a scan of a 35mm....I was only 35mm back then......anyway, beautiful shot and beautiful boy!

Thank you so much! As you can see, I'm not cat deprived! However, each one is special and Arthur was so young and his death was sudden! That particular photo even won a contest! I give all the credit to Arthur, of course. His fur could be maddening at times, I must admit, but he was beautiful, as your boy is! I love the tumbsucking photo...how precious! Thanks for giving him my love!

Oh you're most welcome for the watch! I must see what you come up with next! As for my "first" family, Arthur was the middle "child" of three. My oldest boy, Boris, died of cancer at the age of 12, then I suddenly lost Arthur at 4.5, and shortly after Arthur's death I learned my 10 year old (Oscar) also had cancer. I lost them all in a 2 year time span. So, before Oscar passed away, I began my "second" family, who you currently see on my gallery. I have 4, so they keep me quite busy! But, yes, losing someone you love, even your pet family, is quite painful. I have no children and they are my kids, ya know? I still miss them...
