I can't decide about this, Linda. The image is very well constructed and composed in line with your talents, and the narrative is engaging. I particularly like the blending of textures to give a canvas-feel to the image. I suppose it is the bonnet on the swan that seems incongruous - perhaps feathers. But, I am continually amazed by your inventiveness.

Well it's a fantasy piece.  Even so, fantasy has to be true to it's surroundings too.  I was going to search for a cute bonnet for the swan, but then thought, if a swan could make a bonnet, what would she use?  If she could make a bonnet at all she is indeed a very skilled swan.  She would use materials that surround her; and the prettiest she could find. Thus, the floral bonnet.  ^^
