I am thinking that I must read the other manga from the author, One Outs. I don't understand why liar game stopped now for more than one year and he keeps drawing one outs

Exactly there are 138 now, maybe you must read 100 or something
the second round is super-long and confusing, maybe that is where you can't understand anything anymore and you get bored (?), but it's so "OHHH AMAZING" and after that there are a lot of little fast and AWESOME games, then round 3 is another big round, but the rules are super simple but in the end it's so "Oh my goood incredible!"
