Verde knew very well what she had started the moment she took away the furret's prize possession but the result was well worth the entertainment. The roselia wrapped the muffler around her neck, caressing it against her cheek and making purring sounds, aiming at making her opponent even angrier. Nikolai’s fur stood on edge as he growled at her and in an instant he was upon her in a blind rage. Verde let out an excited giggle as she tumbled backwards, avoiding his quick attack and countering with her own poison sting.

Really all she wanted was a sexy lady to battle but instead Verde was met with heavy disappointment with the drunken furret who wore a tacky scarf. Arceus, his stench was strong enough to make her wilt! It was insulting at how silly and pathetic he looked, even without the tacky scarf, and Verde would not be beaten by something so…sad.

Their battle continued with Verde’s excitement growing as things became much more interesting. He wasn’t the sexy female she wanted and he stank like hell, but if the fight was good enough to ignore all his tacky flaws. All desires aside, a good fight was a good fight.

They danced around each other, his quick speed allowing for multiple hits on her. They took their toll but Verde wasn’t ready to throw it in just yet. When Nikolai went for his second set of fury swipes, Verde glided past him, a wave of rose petals following her as she continued all the way around, ripping into the furret and knocking him out.

Verde didn’t bother to look back as she skipped towards Charpie. The scarf she sequestered left to the wind to do with as it pleased.
