Still working on the design. Getting happier with it.

Stuck with the skirt of the last design and put more buttons on the bodice. I tried for a squared neckline, but leaving it plain looked boring, so I tried adding high neck choker thing, and filled the neckline in with spiderweb lines that I mean to look like a see through lace material.

(You can tell where my drawing strengths do not lie.)
