For all of you not familiar with the series, this is a dress that is worn by Chihaya of Earthian (by Yun Koga) in an art pic in volume 3 of the manga that I salivate over constantly. I can never seem to find it on the internet, meaning I guess its not one of his most popular outfits (and yes, I mean his - Chihaya is a VERY pretty boy.) but for the life of me I can't see why. I have taken liberties with the pearls (adding some in the hair, and removing the cross shaped ornaments) but haven't altered it over much. Not really liking how the skirt and shoes end though...maybe I will redraw to layer the skirt and put her (the model) in sandals.
