I've been feeling incredibly rusty with my humans so I found these awesome tutorial series by FOERVRAENGD - I'll link the first parts but I truly recommend looking through the entire series Understanding anatomy (part 1) & Manga to realistic (part 1)

I just referenced to get the feel of anatomy again, so if you're looking to learn I'd highly recommend you look at the tutorials rather than my scribbles, as they are very well explained there.
I contemplated whether or not to share it since it's just essentially copies of anatomical stuff, but I do want to encourage learning anatomy and looking at references, so here's my attempt at it after too long had passed since I last delved into it.
Will probably move this to scraps soon.
