My husband: "You mean like how she uses magic to keep her dress on?"
ROFL!!!
This is my tribute to Lulu from FFX, one of my favorite characters from that game. She does look like she's always about to fall out of her dress, especially when she bends over after every battle. O_o

Her face came out great, but a bit more pouty, and a bit less... angry than usual for her. I really, really like how you did her hair, and the texture of the fur trim on her dress.
And that reminds me, in keeping with your comment about her necklace, I have to bring up: She dresses like this, despite being from a warm, tropical island. She is one hell of a mage.
