Title because I was inspired to draw this by the Edwardian/Victorian section in my History of Fashion book, and all I could hear in my head while drawing this INCREDIBLY ABBREVIATED and really not Victorian at all (more like EGL/ero-loli) version of Victorian underwear (lol, that's like, a bra and half a bustle) was a prissy motherly voice saying exactly that.She's damn cute, if I do say so myself. XD
