Description

Kelper is a villain who likes to turn people into lizards and watch them squirm. He especially likes to go after people who don't think magic is real, or who have a transformation fantasy and don't want to admit it.
He researched magic and biology for a long time and perfected a serum that will turn someone into a lizard, for about 16 hours, with no side effects. He always has some on him, just in case.
He's actually very intelligent and thoughtful, but he doesn't like to reveal it, because it might mislead people into thinking he's not actually evil (and he is, and he wants people to know that).
If a superhero wants to borrow some of that lizard serum, he'll give it to them, as long as he gets to turn the hero into a lizard too.
