Myyyeah... Only thing that I don't like is the best ever is the left gun. But, guns suck to draw -_-

Looks like some Mecha Western Desperado Paladin of some sort! 
Overall it's got that *Kaboom!* Amazing style to it, nice colouring and nuances and stuff.
As for constructive criticism I see two things: The joint on his right arm looks very oddly placed compared to the one on his left, with the left one I can understand completely how his anatomy works, not so much with his right one.
The other is that the emblem on his chest shoulda had more shiny light reflections on it, at when I compare it to the light reflections on the metal right underneath it, but then again, maybe the emblem absorbs more light than the rest of his body cause of it's colour?
Oh, and as for the guns, their barrels are a bit puny yeah, but I don't care, the picture was to fun elsewise!

The revision one really mess up and I don't think you should submit this piece of crap in deviantart. Don't ya think?
My suggestion - try smoother and softer brushes for the scarf and hard brushes for metal limbs. Also try using smush tool for blending the metal.
