Description
A CSS Design that was made for someone ... never got around to getting it coded and whatnot .... Since it was not a commission and was only intended for me to code during free time ..... This is no longer going to get coded. I no longer have time to take on free requests and will not be turning this into a Journal ... just thought id submit it and add it to my "Journal Designs" folder.Sorry to that certain someone.
