Description
So, I haven’t saw anyone fusing together the DC universe with the My Hero Academia universe, so I thought I made a league of villains around this concept

Shigaraki-Parasite
Quirk: Leech ( absorb other people’s life energy, the victim can still recover, unless its body is already starting to decay, the user can gain his victims quirks for a few minutes)

Kurogiri-Red Tornado
( I know this guy is a hero, but it fitted too well with Kurogiri’s story)
Quirk: Tornado/Iron Body
The user is capable of creating powerful air currents around himself and can use it to fly away with other people
It’s body is completely made of metal, making it impossible to hurt, his organs are still organic though.

T.O Morrow-Doctor
( his red robots are basically the Nomus of this universe)
Quirk: ???
He uses his inventions to transfer the consciousness of a human being into a robotic body, few test subjects are able to remain conscious after the process, while the majority becomes mindless drones for his master to control.

Ragdoll-Spinner
Quirk: rubber bones
The quirk user is extremely flexible, to inhuman levels

Copperhead-Toga
Quirk: poison fang
The user produces a powerful toxin from her canine teeth.

Dabi-Red Hood
( I mean… they both got pretty bad daddy issues)
Quirk: Bullseye
The user has incredible aim and never misses, unless an object teleports in the trajectory of the object that has been thrown.

Count Vertigo-Mr Compress
Quirk: Distortion
The user produces a sonic wave that cause terrible headaches and distorts the senses of everyone in front of him

Chemo-Twice
( I know that this guy never talks, but since all the DC villains that can duplicate are either exclusive to a show or just duplicate themselves, he seemed like an interesting choice, besides in the comics he recently started to talk, so here’s that)
Quirk: Chemistry
The user is an empty plastic humanoid that needs to maintain its liquid inside to survive.
From the fluids that compose him he can create various compounds that he can control: like acid or a clay like substance that can be used as a glue or to create a copy of something or someone ( the copy might be imperfect)

Clock King-Magne
Quirk: time stopper
The user can slow down time for everything that is at least 10. feet away from him

Scarecrow-Mustard
Quirk: Boogeyman
The user can secrete a toxin that shows to everyone that inhales it its worse fear, however he’s not immune to it.

Solomon Grundy- Muscular
Quirk: Undying
The user can’t be killed and can sustain tremendous amounts of pain and impact.

Heatwave-Moonfish
Quirk: Flare
The user can create fire, but can’t control it
