I mean, I couldn’t continue this remake without redesigning the supporting cast. As you could have guest I added a new character to the “team” alongside Gwen and grandpa Max. The Crab kid is Talon, the guy who helps Ben in getting his second transformation: Shipwrecker ( www.deviantart.com/logbot03/ar… ).
In this universe the relationship between Ben and his cousin is pretty much the same as the original canon, as she tend to take things more seriously while Ben take lightly most situations. Still the two still care a lot about each other’s safety, being the only family that they have apart from their grandfather. Speaking of Max, in this universe he works as an actual plumber ( not the super cool space kind), in order to obtain enough money to sustain the kids, unfortunately they still not roll in money, so the two kids do some part time jobs to get some change.
Ben delivers newspapers across the town, while Gwen assist Doctor Jacob Pivet, who will later be revealed to be one of professor Alzheimer accomplices.
Talon, the Crustaceo Sapien who was helped by Ben in saving his colony from The Mariner, will eventually become Ben’s best friend, and will join him in his summer adventures around America. His father even created a device similar to the Omnitrix that can turn Talon into a human. He’s fascinated by the surface and his curiosity can sometimes get in the way, but his ability with technology is certainly going to become useful.
