Description
While making my Spider-Man AU, I thought I haven’t really give Mayday any big crime boss to fight, while Peter and Miles had Kingpin, Hammerhead, Crime master and other big baddies behind the scenes. I’m mentioning one big antagonist in many of the entries, but I don’t think I should introduce him yet, but I didn’t had a clear idea of what big baddies will Spider Girl fight, until I listen to a certain song that gave an idea for what I think is an interesting concept, so without further ado, let me introduce you to Darius Silver.Bio
Despite the many villains that started to appear in Mayday’s life, school, family and secret identity, the teenage heroine was able to handle it pretty well, mostly because all the big bosses of crime were now rotting in jail, and despite the terrible villains she had faced, one in particular tormented her thoughts: Copperhead, the criminal who put Miles in a coma. She did a lot of detective work in her free time, but nobody in the criminal world knew who he was, or who were the people that asked him to kill Spider-Man. One day however MJ, who hated seeing her daughter wasting her free time on a wild goose hunt instead of just living her life, decided to give something that Peter had hidden to Mayday for quite some time: Miles’ notebook. In Miles notes there was a list of suspects that suddenly disappeared in mysterious circumstances after committing one last crime, just to reappear as a completely different person days later with a completely cleaned criminal record. One of those people in particular seemed to be involved in the death of Jeff Hagees. All the clues pointed to one name: Darius Silver. After a quick research Mayday find out that this mysterious character is the owner of a shop that changes location every day, which apparently sells creepy stuff from all over the world. So as a civilian and accompanied by her friend Normie( Harry Osborn’s son). Once they find and enter the shop, they are greeted by a man wearing a green sweater and a silver mask, with an enormous amount of black curly hair. Apparently the man seemed to be just some goofy vendor trying to sell exotic relics, but, thanks to a spy cam she hid in the shop, she’s able to understand what type of business Darius is really into. Apparently he convinces various criminals and problematic individuals to commit crimes and bring him proof of their actions, and he will pay them depending on how gruesome is the trophy they bring, explaining the variety of creepy stuff in the shop. Some “loyal costumers” however have the chance to begin a new life as a free man/woman with or without a plastic surgery. Useless to say that after these proofs, Mayday decided to retrieve the spy camera with the necessary informations to arrest Darius Silver, unfortunately while entering the new location of the shop, she’s ambushed by Copperhead himself alongside some of Silver’s goons, she’s able to get away, but Copperhead broke the camera, leaving the heroine with no proof to frame the villain.
