Energy was one of my first robot masters, and frankly, he aged pretty well.

Energy man was built by Ivan Krakinsky, a member of the secret society, to sabotage power plants by stealing the energy they produce using his spike like fingers. This ability works with robots as well and the process is really painful. This energy draining ability works when Energy man pierce the unfortunate robot with his fingers, reaching the internal components. Energy man sees this ability more as a curse than a gift. He’s always afraid that he could hurt his brothers with it. The first time he used this ability on a robot still haunts, when he’s alone, he feels like he can still hear the screams. So he prefers to stay around talkative and noisy people that can help him distract him. He’s terrified of his creator, even when he’s nice to him, which is rare since Ivan spend most of his time in the “ interrogation room”, but he’s more scared of Archimedes, the guy brings chills down his spine, but apart for Pyramid man, whom he quickly befriended, everybody just ignore his chilling presence. Energy man stage is a city completely dried from any energy source, where there are many enemies that slowly drain megaman energy. During his fight in front of the town hall, Energy man will try to grab you and drain your energy, when he does he will also heal himself. He’s slower than you, but he can stun you with sparks that generate from the battery on his head. After defeating him you’ll get the weapon: energy drain, that lets drain an enemy’s energy to heal you, but you’ll need to get close to do so.
