Ok it’s definitely been a while since I posted a new entry for the Double Trouble Universe, which is a shame since I really liked the concept I came up with, although I was thinking to change the location of the story since New York is a bit too mainstream, but for now I’m going to keep using it. I’ve got a few cool villain ideas for the twins, so I think I’ll be posting them for a while starting with Tony Vesuvio: The Flametamer.

Bio

Tony was a in the crime business since he was twelve, during the crisis brought by the catastrophe, he lost his parents when he was really young and was raised by various street gangs, who thought him that in life only two rules mattered: survival of the fittest, and stick with the strongests. When the crisis ended Tony was 23 and the police started watching out for criminals again, which made business a lot more complicated, after numerous failed heists made alongside various renegade psychics and regular thugs alike, he understood that he needed a new type of business, so using his knowledge of the city’s sewers and his many criminal connections, Tony put together a vast organization that involved getting desperate people in the cities walls only for them to be sold as slave to the highest bidder, generally the owners of the illegal mines in the city’s sewers and abandoned subway tunnels. One day however the special police finally caught up to Tony’s trafficking and during a violent raid, most of his clients were captured. During his escape, he fell in one of the mineshaft and came in contact with the minerals while an incendiary grenade fell in the tunnel with him. Tony was severely disfigured, but the minerals kept him alive and gave him the psychic ability to self combust and control the flame around his body, after exiting the mines he reunited with the remaining members of his gang and made a costume to hide his now grotesque appearance. Taking the name “Flametamer” he started rebuilding his criminal empire, but Double Trouble tracked his activity down and defeated him, tacking away from him any chance to restore his power over the city, and from then on, Flametamer became one of double trouble most fierce opponents.
