My first ice based robot master, I really like how his design turned out and I hope you enjoy it as well.

Skate man was developed by the millionaire Rodrigo Gonzales, member of the secret society. Skate man is extremely paranoid when it comes to its element, he thinks that without the right preparation, everything can result in a mortal accident while your on ice. He can’t stand Panic man and Lantern man’s relaxed behavior, how can you be so calm in a world where everything might kill. He’s only on the lookout for any possible danger, even a small pebble on the street can be a threat to him, he’s shear presence gives other robots anxiety. At least he’s always extremely focused and take his porpoise very seriously.
His stage would be a huge hockey field ( similar to strike man stage from Megaman 10). During the fight he would skate around while tossing hockey discs at you, if he get too close he will hit you with his hockey bat, and trust me, that thing hurts a lot. After megaman defeats the paranoid Skate man, you’ll get the weapon: skate toss, that lets you toss a hockey disc that can bounce one time against the first surface that it hits( the disk can pass trough enemies).
Skate man weakness is Mouse man weapon( go check him out on my profile).
