Velcro man was developed by the eccentric member of the secret society: Helmut Von Glue. Velcro man buster is equipped can shoot a special glue that is similar to velcro on which he can easily attach to. He was developed as a thief that could enter highly guarded buildings and steal precious projects and technology. Velcro is very different from the other robot developed by Von Glue, while the others are extremely eccentric and loud, he’s quiet and tend to isolate himself. He tried to make friends, but he always felt far away from them, Panic man( from tier 1) and Lantern man( from tier 3) seems like nice guys, but he doesn’t have the courage to approach them. But one day he met Hazard man( from tier 2) and the two of them talk for what felt hours, but then Velcro discovered that Hazard had serious amnesia issues, and every time he distract himself he forget everything that he was about to say. This made very difficult to talk to the dumb robot master, but Velcro grew closer to the yellow goofball and the two became inseparable. His stage would be mostly based on using stairs to go forward, jumping from one another while shooting at enemies that come near you. In this stage Lantern man weapon ( Lantern bomb) or Hazard man weapon ( Hazard bubble) could save you from dangerous situations multiple times. When fighting Velcro man, Megaman will have to avoid is shots and slowing glue, while he moves around a Velcro wall. He can also throw small slowing bombs at you. You have two yoku block platforms that you’ll need to get at the right height to hit Velcro man.
After defeating him you’ll get the weapon: Velcro slower. A bullet that can slow enemies. This weapon can come useful against Pyramid man ( from tier 4) and Crusher man ( from tier 2).
