Windmill man was created by doctor Williams to supervise a wind power plant that gives energy to a powerful cannon that can destroy an airplane from the other side of the globe using the wind itself. Windmill man is very proud of his work and made some modifications to the cannon, making it even more deadlier. He grew so attached to the thing that he even refers to it as “ his big brother”. He even contribute to the construction of numerous bases for the secret society, alongside his best friend: Gatlin man ( from my tier 2). His stage will be the same power plant he supervise, with enemies that push you away or push you towards them and numerous air currents that slow you or powers electric wiring that stop you from going forward. Megaman will find Windmill man near his precious cannon. During the fight he will pull you towards him or push you away from him, while various electric sparks fall from the ceiling, his other attacks is to create small tornadoes that follow you around for a short period of time. If you defeat him after defeating Gatlin man, he will be at your HQ and he will provide you with a random air support with his cannon. In his stage you can find a secret room where you’ll find Air man remains, that Windmill was trying to put together, after finding them, you’ll be able to play as Air man.After defeating him you’ll get the weapon: Windmill spiral, that lets you push enemies bullets away from you.
