AAAND ONE MORE POKEMON OC-Except I can actually give backstory shit for this kid!
His name's Zephyr, aka Zeph, and when he was 10 he got into an accident caused by a rampaging steelix that cost him his leg. His parents forbade him from going on a pokemon journey even though he desperately wanted to, until he turned 16. On his 16th birthday he wished to the open air to go on the greatest pokemon journey he ever could, and it just so happened a passing Jirachi heard and granted his wish!
