Lore:

Mallow:  Mallow is a calm, but surprisingly determined gal, who loves tinkering and making small gadgets. (As a reference to Amy being an avid tarot card user).

Although Blitz can mess up her process sometimes, his enthusiasm as well as strange abilities make Mallow and Blitz the perfect inventor, "test subject" duo. And outside of that, Blitz and Mallow are good buddies.

She first met Blitz when one of her small handheld gadgets led her to the Little Globe, a small planet-shaped base that circles around theirs once every few years. Allbeit, in some unfortunate circumstances.

Exelblitz: A malevolent construct made out of pure dark energy, created by Demotnix to put a stop to Blitz's meddling. Made to look, act, and even sound like Blitz in order to lure others into a false sense of security so Demotnix can capture them. But something went wrong in the process that made it so Exelblitz has lost the ability to speak. Which ended up making him even more of an illusive foe.

      Exel's first task was hunting down and capturing someone that had connections to Blitz, and Mallow just so               happened to be in the area. So even though she never met Blitz before this, she was in Demotnix's crosshairs

        As for Exel himself, he's cunning, powerful, and very violent. But follows Demotnix's orders to a T like the               perfect machine.

Artist's note:

I'm not gonna have a big structure for this but I'ma share a few things. I was gonna make Mallow a cat and have her hair things look like flower petals, but I couldn't get the ears right so she's now a porcupine just like Blitz.
Instead of a hammer, Mallow's weapon of choice is called the Hallo Battle-wrench (something that kind of looks like Rachet's wrench from Rachet and Clank.)

as for why I wanted to make Mallow a cat. It was a hello kitty reference, other than that I thought I could draw a cat. I was wrong.

Also, parts of Exel's design draws from the various concept art designs for Infinite from Sonic Forces.

And the pose and general character is a reference to Sonic.exe, because I like Sonic.exe and think that, since I'm using demons and magic anyways, might as well make the metal sonic counterpart something like that.
