This is the Work in Progress version of Lady Ice, which includes the entire rough animation with a bit of colored scenes.
It was a personal project that started as my final project for the Animation program at Bezalel Academy of Art and Design in Israel and after graduating I kept working on it to finish it alone. Working on and off (weekends, holidays, etc) it took me about 5 and a half years to complete. This was a combined project of Liron Peer (Me, and I'm a woman btw!) and another guy, who dropped the project at an early stage and therefore all you see here was mostly done by me alone (I did the entire animation in the film).
WIP Original Score by Assaf Rinde (Score of final version was composed by a different composer). And no, I do NOT work for Disney or any other large company (I'm a freelancer). I've already tried to apply to Disney via many ways, but they simply didn't want me or didn't have a position to offer me, and life went on.

And I just did now! The title was enough to intimidate me xD
But it was gorgeously done! The scenery was beautiful and the story was very sweet and sad. It seems like drawing and animating Lady Ice isn't as easy as it seems. I mean the character, not movie xD
But a job well done and you should give working for Disney a shot! We need more 2D movies. I certainly do D8

The animation is finished and now the score is in process and hopefully will be done in a week or two.
I started Bezalel at the age of 22 I think.

I left a lot of nit picky comments but I wanted to close on a positive note.
Your work shows how advanced you are with 2D animation. It is a wonderful sight to see how fluidly your characters move.
My issues were only in the editing and mis-en-scene. To avoid these things, have someone more attuned to live action editing view your rough animation.

Eeemmm... thank you for all you remarks. Unfortunately this movie is done, closed, finished, no more... Also I have to disagree with your remarks, but I really don't want to start a long debate here, since I'm really not going to fix anything anymore. The movie was finished a few months ago and now I'm just waiting for the composer to finish the score.
I studied in Bezalel in Israel.

You have another visual issue.
The bear jumps in to protect the woman. You indicate that the woman sees the bear directly in front of her by the close up.
But a couple shots later he has somehow moved to the right side of the woman.
You may want to consider adding a slight backward motion from the bear in the wide shot where the man is screen left and the bear and woman are screen right. Then follow through with that with an end to the logical sit in the medium shot with only the bear and woman.

You might want to consider mirroring this shot.
Having a shot of snow "man" facing the same direction as she is in the next shot is visually confusing.

These shots don't edit well together.
The man stabs the bear from underneath and to his side facing the women and child. The next shot shows the man upright on the other side of the bear standing straight, giving no indication of the man ever being under the bear.
You might want to consider going back and just having the man slump back down after trying to get out from under the bear.
